Employee Counselling
GCA accepts referrals from employers who wish an employee to come for alcohol counselling or attend a group work programme. The service includes:
- A full assessment of the employee’s drinking behaviour
- A series of counselling sessions focusing on goal setting and action plans
- A systematic review to ensure that the process is appropriate and effective
- A regular attendance and progress report to the employer
